The Company’s Website is hosted on the Wix.com platform.  Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to offer our services to you.  Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications.  They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

The Company may store your information on password-protected personal computers or password-protected external hardrives.  The Company takes reasonable measures to protect your information; however, the Company does not guarantee that there will not be data breaches, viruses, other malicious software or theft that may occur providing access to your personal information.

The Website may contain links to websites that are not operated by The Company.  The Company may use third-party service providers (e.g. Paperbell, Zoom, Stripe) for various services, including but not limited to booking services, scheduling services, collecting personal information, administering surveys and questionnaires, remote conferencing, and collecting payment for services that they then share with the Company.  The terms of use and privacy policy on such third-party service provider sites govern your use of such sites.  Since the Company has no control over the policies or practices of other third parties, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.  The Company recommends and encourages that you review the privacy policy of other third parties, which can be viewed by clicking on the corresponding links within each respective website before you provide any personal information or complete any transaction with such parties.  

Retention of Your Personal Information

The retention period for your personal information will vary depending on the purpose and use of the information collected and our legal obligations to retain some types of data.  Otherwise, we will retain it for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected. 

Do Not Track

The Company has not implemented any technology on the Website that would recognize do-not-track signals and note that some content available on the Website is made available through relationships with third-party providers who we do not control.

The Website is not intended for or targeted at children under 13 years of age and the Company does not knowingly or specifically market to or knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 for marketing purposes.  If the Company learns that a child under 13 has submitted personal information to the Company, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible.  If you are under 13, please do not register for any of the services or provide any personal information (e.g. name, email address or phone number).  If you believe we might have unintentionally collected information from or about a child under 13, please contact privacy@growingauthentically.com .
